The apartment located on the first floor has an adherent terrace with comfortable armchairs perfect for outdoor relaxation. The living room contains a 48-inch TV, wireless router (WI-FI internet free of charge), a comfortable convertible sofa (sleeping place for two persons after spreading). A convenient, fully equipped kitchen is joined with the living room. In the kitchen, you`ll find an induction hob, a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine and an electric kettle.

In the space connecting the kitchen with the living room, there`s a 4-persons table. The cozy bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed, nightstands and a capacious commode. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, washing machine and a hair dryer. Both bedroom and the living room have their own exit to the adherent terrace.
