Here, our guests can enjoy the peaceful, beautiful landscape of Tatras and nearby attractions. The location is undoubtedly the biggest asset of the apartment, especially for those wanting to rest. Surrounded by nature and tourist-routes, the placement encourages mountain hikes.
Not far from the facility, you`ll find a “Sywor” tavern with a pond, where one can fish for trouts – 200m. 400m from the estate, there`s located a bus stop, from which you can get to the city center. Roughly 100m further, there`s a swimming pool in “DW Natura”. The location ensures the guests safety, peace, quiet and most importantly high quality rest.

The duplex apartment “Marmot 7” (65m2) has been design with a modern and elegant touch, to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. Inside you can find a comfortable living room with a kitchen and a dining room with 8-persons table. A convertible, comfortable sofa, a TV and a traditional fireplace which provides a nice, warm atmosphere. Vast balcony with armchairs allows for outdoor rest. On the lower floor you`ll find the bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a big shower cabin.
In the attic, there`s a vast, spacious bedroom with comfortable queen-size bed and play corner for children. The apartment is fully equipped in in all the appliances necessary for meal preparation, as well as for recreation and rest. The apartment has free wireless internet, and a parking space with a remote controlled gate. We provide you comfort, safety, high quality service and maximum privacy.
